Important: By using Prism Wallet, you acknowledge that cryptocurrency transactions are pseudonymous by nature and involve unique privacy considerations. This policy specifically addresses both traditional data privacy and blockchain-specific privacy concerns.

We never request or store seed phrases or mnemonic recovery phrases.
We do not currently require KYC documents, though this may change to comply with future regulations.
We do not collect fingerprints, facial recognition data, or other biometric information.
Cryptocurrency transactions on public blockchains (Bitcoin, Ethereum, Solana, etc.) are inherently public and permanent. When you deposit or withdraw funds:
Best Practice: Treat your wallet addresses like public information. Never share your private keys or seed phrases with anyone, including Prism Wallet support. We will never ask for your private keys.
We use collected information for the following purposes:
Create, maintain, and secure your account. Process authentication and authorization.
Process trading operations, calculate profits/losses, maintain trade history.
Monitor suspicious activity, prevent unauthorized access, protect user funds.
Send important updates, security alerts, transaction confirmations, and service announcements.

We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information to third parties for marketing purposes. Your data is not a product.

Critical Understanding: Blockchain data is immutable and permanent. Once a transaction is confirmed on the blockchain, it cannot be deleted, modified, or reversed by anyone — including us.
