1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, registering, or using Prism Wallet ("the Platform," "Service," "we," "us," or "our"), you ("User," "you," or "your") agree to be legally bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). These Terms constitute a binding legal agreement between you and Prism Wallet.

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, govern your relationship with Prism Wallet. We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time, with notice provided to active users.

2. Eligibility & Registration

2.1 Age Requirement

You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction) to use our Service. By using the Platform, you represent and warrant that you meet this age requirement.

2.2 Jurisdictional Restrictions

• You are responsible for ensuring your use of the Platform complies with local laws and regulations
• Residents of OFAC-sanctioned countries (including but not limited to Iran, North Korea, Syria, Cuba, and Crimea region) are prohibited from using our Service
• We reserve the right to restrict access from any jurisdiction at our sole discretion

2.3 Accurate Information

• You must provide accurate, current, and complete registration information
• You are limited to one account per person unless explicitly authorized
• Creating accounts using false information or for fraudulent purposes is strictly prohibited

2.4 KYC/AML Compliance

While we currently operate without mandatory KYC (Know Your Customer) verification, we reserve the right to implement identity verification procedures at any time to comply with regulatory requirements. You agree to cooperate with any such verification requests.

3. Account Security & Responsibilities

• Password Security: Use a strong, unique password. Do not reuse passwords from other services
• Account Activity: You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account, whether authorized by you or not
• Unauthorized Access: You must immediately notify us if you suspect unauthorized access to your account
• Account Sharing: Sharing your account credentials with third parties is strictly prohibited
• Device Security: Ensure the devices you use to access the Platform are secure and free from malware

We are not liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to comply with these security obligations.

4. Service Description

4.1 Platform Overview

Prism Wallet provides a simulated cryptocurrency and precious metals trading platform. Our Service includes:

• User account management with balance tracking
• Simulated trading of cryptocurrencies (BTC, ETH, SOL, DOGE, etc.)
• Simulated gold trading (XAU/USD)
• Real-time market price data from third-party providers
• Trade history, profit/loss tracking, and performance analytics
• Balance management, deposits, and withdrawals

4.2 Important Service Nature

4.3 Market Data

• Price data is sourced from third-party APIs (CoinGecko, Binance, Kraken, Gold-API) and may have delays
• We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of market data
• Price discrepancies between our platform and external markets may occur

4.4 Service Availability

We strive to maintain 99.9% uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. The Service may be temporarily unavailable for maintenance, upgrades, or due to circumstances beyond our control.

5. Trading Terms & Rules

5.1 Trade Execution

• All trades require your explicit confirmation and password verification
• Trade amounts are deducted from your balance immediately upon submission
• Trades enter a pending state and are subject to administrative review
• Trade outcomes (win/loss) are determined by platform administrators at their discretion
• Profit percentages are fixed per duration tier and displayed before trade submission

5.2 Trading Durations

• Available durations: 10 seconds, 30 seconds, 60 seconds, 90 seconds, 120 seconds, 180 seconds
• Each duration has specific minimum investment requirements
• Each duration has a fixed profit percentage
• Duration selection is final once a trade is submitted

• WIN: Your investment + profit amount is credited to your balance
• LOSS: Only the profit amount is deducted; your original investment is returned
• DISABLED MODE: When trading is globally disabled, all trades result in automatic loss

5.5 Market Manipulation

Any attempt to manipulate the trading system, exploit bugs, or use automated trading tools is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate account termination and forfeiture of funds.

6. Deposits & Withdrawals

6.1 Deposits

• Deposits are processed through cryptocurrency transfers to platform-provided wallet addresses
• Deposit addresses are provided within your account dashboard
• Deposits require blockchain confirmations before being credited
• Minimum deposit amounts may apply
• Send only the specified cryptocurrency to the provided address — sending wrong assets may result in permanent loss

6.2 Withdrawals

• Withdrawals are subject to administrative approval and processing time
• You must provide a valid and correct cryptocurrency wallet address
• Withdrawal addresses are verified before processing
• Minimum withdrawal amounts apply
• We reserve the right to delay or deny withdrawals for security review
• Blockchain network fees are deducted from withdrawal amounts

• We do not currently charge platform trading fees
• Blockchain network fees (gas fees) apply to all cryptocurrency transactions and are paid to network validators/miners, not to us
• We reserve the right to implement service fees with 30 days' prior notice to active users
• Fee schedules will be published and accessible within your account

8. Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on our Platform:

Violation of any prohibited activities will result in immediate account termination and may be reported to relevant authorities.

9. Intellectual Property

• The Prism Wallet name, logo, design, code, and all content are our exclusive intellectual property
• You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works without our express permission
• User-generated content (feedback, suggestions) becomes our property upon submission
• Third-party trademarks and logos used on the Platform belong to their respective owners

10. Account Termination & Suspension

10.1 By You

You may close your account at any time by contacting support. Upon closure:

• Withdraw any remaining balance before requesting closure
• Your personal data will be handled per our Privacy Policy
• Some data may be retained for legal compliance purposes

10.2 By Us

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account without prior notice for:

• Violation of these Terms
• Suspicious or fraudulent activity
• Legal or regulatory requirements
• Extended account inactivity (180+ days)
• Any reason at our sole discretion

Account termination may result in forfeiture of funds if related to fraudulent or illegal activity.

11. Limitation of Liability

This limitation applies to:

• Trading Losses: Losses incurred through trading activities
• Market Volatility: Losses due to cryptocurrency price fluctuations
• Service Interruptions: Losses from platform downtime or technical issues
• Security Breaches: Losses from unauthorized access beyond our reasonable control
• Data Loss: Loss of data, profits, revenue, or business opportunities
• Third-Party Actions: Actions of third-party service providers or blockchain networks

Our total liability, if any, shall not exceed the total amount of deposits made by you in the 6 months preceding the claim.

12.1 "As Is" Service

The Platform is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. We make no warranties, express or implied, including:

• Fitness for a particular purpose
• Merchantability
• Non-infringement
• Uninterrupted or error-free service
• Accuracy of market data or trade outcomes

12.2 Investment Advice Disclaimer

We are not responsible for the content, accuracy, or practices of third-party websites, APIs, or services linked to or integrated with our Platform.

13. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Prism Wallet, its operators, affiliates, and employees from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, or expenses (including legal fees) arising from:

• Your violation of these Terms
• Your use or misuse of the Platform
• Your violation of any law or third-party rights
• Any fraudulent or illegal activity conducted through your account

14. Force Majeure

We shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performance due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including:

• Acts of God, natural disasters, pandemics
• War, terrorism, civil unrest, government actions
• Internet or blockchain network failures
• Cyber attacks, hacking, or DDoS attacks beyond our prevention
• Power outages or hardware failures
• Regulatory changes or legal restrictions

15. Dispute Resolution

15.1 Informal Resolution

Before initiating formal proceedings, you agree to contact us at legal@prismwallet.io and attempt to resolve the dispute informally for at least 30 days.

15.2 Arbitration

If informal resolution fails, disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the arbitration body selected by us. Arbitration shall take place in a location determined by us.

15.3 Class Action Waiver

You agree to resolve disputes on an individual basis and waive any right to participate in class action lawsuits or class-wide arbitration.

16. Changes to Terms

• We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time
• Material changes will be communicated via email and/or platform notifications
• The "Last Updated" date reflects the most recent changes
• Continued use of the Platform after changes constitutes acceptance
• If you disagree with changes, you must stop using the Platform and close your account

17. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which Prism Wallet is registered, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any legal action shall be brought exclusively in the courts of that jurisdiction.
